It is a quick application process. To apply, please fill up the application form, provide copy of picture ID and proof of income such as most two recent copy of check stubs or screen shot of direct deposit image. The application fees is $25 per adult tenant applicant. We will do background check such as rental history and employment verification.
Pet policy: Small pet allowed. There is a $150 to $250 non-refundable deposit and $25 extra per month on the rent.
