I rented from Ayong LLC for almost 5 years, I recently moved because I purchased a house. Whenever I needed something repaired they always responded quickly and sent someone right away. La compania AYONG LLC tiene los mejores apartamentos en el Valle De Tejas. Me acababa de casar con mi mujer que tiene dos ninos y andaba en busca de un apartamento para mi nueva familia. Yo como soltero vivia en un apartamento de una recamara y necesitaba que buscar un apartamento que le gustara a mi esposa y hijos. Me recomendaron esta compania y estuve muy impresionado. Esta compania fue recomendara por su excelente servicio al cliente, apartamentos limpios y variedad de apartamentos. Encontre uno que cada nino tenia su propia recamara con bano. La recamara mayor estaba separada de las otras recamaras. Tenia sistema de alarma y muy modernos. Si buscan un buen apartamento, les recomendo esta compania. Being a home owner for twenty some years and being a single parent of two children. It was a challenge to look for a new home. I had put my home up for sale and needed a transition place before I could decide on what path to take after the sale had finalized. I went apartment hunting for three months. I did not want to change my children's lifestyles during this transition. My concerns, were security, location, and looks of apartment. So, at the time I had compared apartments and set my mind with Ayong LLC, Spragues Landing because it fit everything I was looking for. It had a great location. Close to an elementary school, stores and yet some seclusion from busy city traffic. The apartment layout was wonderful, with marble counters, moonlight, tile throughout apartment and great AC unit. Unfortunately, it had rented. However Mr. Hock knew I was looking for a great place and he was certain his placed were what I needed. He was of great assistance and was able to get me another apartment in the same area. Ayong LLC has great landlords and always available. I wanted to say that my experience renting from Hock, Ayong LLC, was absolutely fantastic. When we moved in the place was clean and the move in concerns were addressed that day. Any time we had a problem, I would text him with the concern and he would reply back that same day with the name of a maintenance person and their contact information. The maintenance person would contact me that day or the next and set up an appointment within the same week. I never had to wait weeks or months like I do with my current landlord/real estate company. If I could've rented from Hock again, I would've but he didn't have any houses where I needed to be.
